Our Prices

The Rookery was a large family house converted and refurbished to house 8 rooms, all with ensuite and tea and coffee facilities. We have installed Wi-fi Internet access for guests' use and there is Multi Channel TV and DVD in all rooms for guests' enjoyment. 

A variety of rooms are available, Singles, Doubles a large Twin, and a traditional English breakfast or vegetarian if preferred is included in our very reasonable tariff. 
    

All prices are inclusive of breakfast and VAT

Please Note
We can only accept a minimum of 3 nights for bookings arriving on a Monday or Tuesday unless the selected room(s) are available for a shorter duration. If you are in any doubt, please ring 01454 850088 to confirm availability.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notice of Cancellation, otherwise you will be charged for one night's accommodation.

Payment Methods

We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards (Credit Cards carry a 3% surcharge). When making a booking we do require Credit or Debit card details. We do not charge anything to the card at time of booking and we will only use it in the event of a late cancellation or no show. You do not have to use the card to pay us, you are free to use another card or cash, sorry we do not take cheques.

Arrival and Departure Times

Check in time on day of arrival is between 13.30 - 21.30, if it is outside of these times can you please advise on booking and we will endeavour to accommodate, thereafter you are free to come and go as you please, we ask that you vacate by 10am on Day of Departure.

Non-Smoking

We are a non-smoking establishment and request that for the safety and comfort of other guests, our non-smoking policy is strictly adhered to in all of the accommodation.
